One thing I learned over the summer: sometimes you need a lower profile watch. As much as I liked the oversized hunk of plastic Casio G-Shock DW6900 that I had, it tended to get hung up when putting on or taking off rashguards, backpacks, or rain gear. Rather than move away from the indestructability of the G-Shock, I’ve gone old school and am now wearing a DW5600. We’ll see if the new Speed watch proves as reliable as the old three-eyed devil.
