Microsoft’s Intellimouse Explorer 3.0 has been re-released. Until recently, used versions of this thing have been going for up to a hundred dollars on Ebay. It should be noted that this mouse is perfect only if you are looking for what it offers—a very precise corded right-handed mouse with forward/back nav buttons on the thumb side and a clicky scroll-wheel. All in cool charcoal/black colors.
